If you, like most people nowadays drink white tea and coffee during the day, it’s likely you might be getting too much caffeine. This can have side effects such as anxiety, insomnia and even digestive issues.
Swapping out your regular hot drink with a herbal tea is a great way to cut out the caffeine, as it is naturally caffeine free plus has extra health benefits.
We’ve chosen ingredients that are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, and smell and taste wonderfully invigorating. Our fruit tea is naturally sweet with a brilliant citrus kick and tastes great piping hot or iced.
Hibiscus tea is made from the magenta-coloured calyces of the roselle flower. As well as providing a natural deep red colour to the tea, it is also naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants – a brilliant combination for supporting your immune system throughout the year. Hibiscus is also a good source of anthocyanins, the same antioxidant found in blueberries and celebrated for its ability to manage blood pressure levels and urinary tract infections.
We've also included apple, orange and lemon peel, as it contains most of an apple’s vitamins E and K, as well as half of the apple’s vitamin C. Orange and lemon peel is packed with antioxidants and filled with glorious vitamin C, which help fight free radicals as well as contributing to the normal function of the immune system.
To bring these wonderful herbs alive, use one bag per person, straight into boiling water and infuse for up to 10 minutes. 1 bag per cup. Best served without milk. Tastes great iced in the summer too!

Please note, the individual foil sachets for each tea have been sealed a bit too well for our first batch, so please do take care when removing them. We’d advise opening the sachet fully (not just from the top) and then carefully removing the tea bag before starting your herbal tea delight.
