I ordered this cream for a friend, had it delivered to her home. I gave her a jar last year when her twins were ill with colds. They were only 24 month's old, she was so impressed she asked me to get some next time they were on. She has also given a jar to her father 🙌👌👍

This is a reorder for me as I don’t like to be without this wonderful cream that can be used all year round for so many things, but is particularly good for helping to clear sinuses and blocked noses, but also great for helping aching joints and muscles. Can be dissolved into a bath for a spa like experience. Value for money outstanding and it’s something like 95% natural…amazing!

Does dry out your skin. But does the job.

This is the first time I’ve tried this. So much nicer than the popular brand. The smell is much more gentle but it still seems to work just as well, if not better.

Great cream for colds an sinus problems. Use on bruises an muscle strains too. Safer than other similar creams. Must be careful if asthmatic though.

This is such an upgrade on other items like this on the market (which unfortunately contain "nasties"). Hadn't realised my husband was using the nasty version and have bought him this instead. Goes without saying, the nasty product is now in the bin! Well done Gems/Primal on being an ethical company.

This winter cream is absolutely amazing. I've got Asthma so it helps me to get a good night's sleep. I just rub some on my chest before bed time. It's amazing. Wouldn't be without it.

This has been marvellous. I often get a blocked nose and this is perfect for it. Also helps with colds and flus and more powerful than the one I'm thinking of that you buy in the chemists. I won't be without a pot ever again if I can help it.

It’s great cream did what it said

Dear oh dear. The parcel was smelling of it. The lid was off so it went into the bin. I did ring up and ask for replacement but not heard from them since which I upsetting as their packing this time was inferior I'm glad I didn't have broken glass. So I paid for the winter cream and threw it in bin. I do deserve a jar as I paid cash.

This winter cream is really nice, not overpowering but effective. I sleep with it beside my bed, lid off, and find it helps me breathe easier. Excellent product, highly recommended. Also, when applied to the skin, it doesn't "burn". Great product, as are all Primal products.

This cream is amazing my mum has sciatica and this helps to take most of the pain away and I've got asthma so I put some on my chest every night to help me sleep and it works.

I have been using it on my joints. It smells nice and is warming on the skin. I need to use it more often to see the results over time.

This is my best winter cream. Truly a little goes a long long way. Lasts for ages. Remember away from children and pregnant women. First trimester. Love the feel on skin smells great inhale with hot water from inhaler or a dish then face over dish and a towel you in a tent. Breathing in properly. Do 4-7-8 breathe technique and others. Good quality you only need a small amount.

Excellent product but the deal was buy three for the price of two. I ordered three and only received two. Complaint made and customer service has I think sorted it, one is still supposedly on the way. Still waiting. The product itself is very good.
