I had previously been taking a biotin supplement from that well known health food shop we all know. It was extremely expensive but Primal and Gemporia have made it much more economical to continue taking this supplement. I have had great benefits, particularly to my hair, with this product. I do love this Biotin Spray. It has greatly improved the condition of my nails which were dry and flaking. Also, it has improved my hair getting rid of those wiry bits of hair, smoothing them out. Great product.

I have been using this for about a month now and have noticed that my nails have grown and a bit more hair growth so i am really impressed i came back and brought some more so have enough supplies for well over a year. As this has been my first step into the vitamins side of Gems as i normally buy the jewellery/candles i am impressed and so has encouraged me to try some of the other items for example the collagen when this next comes up. The 3 or 2 deals are such a great deal and glad that you can offer this to your customers so thank you. As you really need to give vitamins a chance to work as everyone is different so a good 4 to 6 months is a great test to notice any difference having said that the biotin has worked for me within the month. I am so loving this biotin, I ordered lots more, my hair has not grown in years, but I believe this is why my hair has suddenly grown now and not just a bit but a lot.

Hair seems more shiny so seem to be working and the it tastes nice very convenient to take

It's hard to judge at the moment, because my partner has only been taking it for a little over a week. However, if its half as good and the other Primal vitamins, we'll be very happy and keep restocking.

Not tried this, yet as I am still using the Hair, Skin and Nails product. Which I must say, there is a definite improvement in the quality of my hair, and my nails are not flaking as they did two months ago.

second time of buying this and i can see a difference..nails are shiny, skin is starting to look a bit glowy and i think my hair is growing faster. supposed to taste of orange, must admit there is the tiniest orange flavour, but hardly worth mentioning. tastes fine, easy to take.

Love the taste. This is the first supplement that I have actually liked the flavour of. When presenters have spoke about flavours on other products that I have bought they have not met my expectations and not pleasant to the taste

My eldest daughter caught Covid-19 through her boss at work and since recovering suffered terrible hair loss, and her friend told her to buy some biotin from the internet as it helps with hair loss. I noticed Lifestyle sold Biotin spray that I know through Primal uses only natural ingredients so got her 3 of the spray and will pass them to her at the weekend as I do not want her using anything with chemicals inside. So thankyou Primal for great products at incredible deals.
