Rosehip is a fruit extracted from the Rosa Canina plant and is used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis by promoting healthy joints.

As an immunosuppressant Rosehip reduces pain and stiffness for sufferers of both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This is because a secretion called Cytokine, produced by the immune system, breaks down joint tissue; Rosehip interferes with this process. In the same way, it is also effective as an anti-inflammatory.

There is also evidence to suggest it can benefit people with diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
