Put your back against a flat wall and lower your body until your knees are perfectly at 90 degrees.

Step 2

Put your head against the wall too and put your arms out straight in front of you. Now simply stay in the seated position and see how long you can last

Tips

Try and do it competing against a mate and I guarantee you will both feel your quads burning for days.
