Set both pulleys to the bottom of the rack and attach D handles. Set bench to fully inclined position and pick up the weights so that your upper arms are parallel with the floor and your upper arms are pointing to the ceiling. Palms facing forward.

Slowly press your hands to the over head position until they are completely straight and squeeze your shoulders at the top. Then slowly lower to the starting position.
