Kneel in front of the bed but facing away from it and hook your feet under it, or have someone sit on your feet. If you have a cushion, put it under your knees.

Begin to lower your upper body to the floor by keeping your upper body completely straight. Keep your hands out in front of you and drop to the press up position. Throughout the entire movement keep your glutes and hamstrings contracted.
