Put one of the weight stacks to highest position and attach rope. With your back to the stack stand with a split stance, put your hands over your head and grab the rope with palms facing one another. Hold your upper arms as close to your head as possible.

Step 2

With elbows pointing in front of you, start to pull the rope. Try not to move your upper arms at all at any stage during the exercise. Stop when you are arms are fully stretched and really connect your mind with the triceps.
