Perform this one standing or sitting. In one hand hold the dumbbell with the arm vertical. Lower the weight by moving just the forearm. The elbow should point to the ceiling at all times.

Keep lowering the weight until it is behind your head and as low as it will go without moving the elbow. Really feel the triceps burn. Then push back to the starting position.
