Set both pulleys to the bottom of the rack and attach D handles. Lie on the inclined bench at an angle of approximately 30 degrees and pick up the weights with slightly bent arms and palms facing the ceiling.

Step 2

Bring your hands together in front of your chest and then squeeze the middle of your chest at the top. Lower down slower than you ascended.
