Lie face down on an inclined bench with your chest and abs on the bench and dumbbells hanging towards the floor, with palms facing one another.

Step 2

Step 2

Raise the dumbbells up to head height, forming a Y shape with your body being the stem and your arms the V shape. Really squeeze your back muscles at the top, before lowering much slower than the raise.
