Sit on the edge of the bench or bed with your legs straight and feet on the floor and your hands placed over the edge. Lower your bum towards the floor, keeping your back as upright as possible. Ideally it should just brush the bench or bed.

Step 2

Just before your bottom touches the floor pause, contract the triceps and slowly push back up to the top.


If you find it too easy, then try and elevate your feet on something.
